jiji2 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jiji2 platform, including the website at jiji2.org, all related games, services, and features (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jiji2, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the jiji2 Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and jiji2 ("Company," "we," "us," "our") with respect to your use of the Platform.

1.2 By creating a jiji2 account or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not prohibited from using online gaming services under applicable law.

1.3 These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

2.1 "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the jiji2 Platform.

2.2 "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds.

2.3 "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by jiji2 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

2.4 "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.

2.5 "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity and age.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. 21+ The jiji2 Platform is strictly available to persons who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is consistent with PAGCOR's applicable guidelines for online gaming in the Philippines. jiji2 enforces age verification through mandatory KYC procedures for all accounts.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. By registering, you represent and warrant that online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you are not accessing the Platform from a restricted territory. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with the laws of your location.

3.3 Single Account. Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the jiji2 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person are prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of associated balances.

3.4 Exclusion of jiji2 Personnel. Current employees, contractors, directors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in real-money gaming on jiji2.

4. Account Registration

4.1 To access real-money gaming features, you must complete the jiji2 registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine contact number, and valid email address.

4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account information. jiji2 must be notified promptly of any changes to your registered details.

4.3 jiji2 may, at its sole discretion, request additional documentation for KYC verification at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

4.4 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify jiji2 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. jiji2 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods. jiji2 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless a specific alternative currency is indicated.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. jiji2 reserves the right to update minimum amounts with reasonable notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification and completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically completed within 1–3 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed subject to network confirmation times.

5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published on the cashier page. VIP tier status may affect applicable limits as described in the jiji2 VIP programme terms.

5.5 Funds Integrity. Player funds are held in accounts separate from jiji2's operational funds. jiji2 does not charge fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees which are outside jiji2's control.

5.6 Refusal of Transactions. jiji2 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or limit any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 jiji2 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are governed by these Terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and associated winnings are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are specified in each promotion's terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. jiji2 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets on multiple outcomes to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Where abuse is identified, jiji2 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the Account.

6.4 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, IP address, or payment method. Promotional terms may limit which games contribute to wagering requirements — typically, live casino games contribute at a lower rate than slots.

6.5 jiji2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively being wagered at the time of the change.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 All games available on jiji2 are provided by licensed third-party providers. The rules for each game are available within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules.

7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, interrupted connection, or server error, jiji2's records shall be the authoritative reference for determining the outcome of any disputed wager. Wagers that cannot be determined due to malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at jiji2's discretion.

7.3 jiji2 reserves the right to void any bet placed after the official close of a market or game round, regardless of how the bet was accepted.

7.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface. Limits may vary based on the Player's Account status and VIP tier.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiji2 Platform:

1. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the Platform;
2. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
3. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities;
4. Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity;
5. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses;
6. Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
7. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any jiji2 software;
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiji2 staff or other players.

8.2 jiji2 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated bets and bonuses, and to withhold balances pending investigation.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the jiji2 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the intellectual property of jiji2 or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any jiji2 intellectual property.

9.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jiji2 Platform without express prior written consent from jiji2.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The jiji2 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiji2 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiji2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, force majeure events, or third-party service disruptions.

10.3 jiji2's aggregate liability to any Player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 21+ jiji2 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Real-money gaming is intended solely for entertainment by eligible adults. Gambling involves risk — players should only wager amounts they can comfortably afford to lose.

11.2 jiji2 provides deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools, all accessible from the Account dashboard. 12. Privacy

12.1 jiji2's collection, use, and storage of personal data is governed by the jiji2 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, consistent with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

13. Amendments

13.1 jiji2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via registered email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory directive, in which case they may take effect immediately.

13.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account.

14. Governing Law

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable dispute resolution rules.

14.2 jiji2 operates under applicable regulatory frameworks as described on the Platform. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
